Common use of Implied Requirements Clause in Contracts

Implied Requirements. All products and services not specifically mentioned in this solicitation, but which are necessary to provide the functional capabilities described by the specifications, shall be included. Other products required to make the described software functional shall be identified in the bid response. Industry Standards: If not otherwise provided, materials or work called for in this contract shall be furnished and performed in accordance with best established practice and standards recognized by the contracted industry and comply with all codes and regulations which shall apply. Unit Pricing: Each item required by the bid must be individually priced (i.e. priced per single unit) and be able to be ordered individually. Federal Contracting Provisions 2 CFR part 200, Appendix II: The successful bidder shall conform to all requirements and federal contract provisions referenced in 2 CFR Appendix II as applicable.
