Work Requirements. 192 In order for an employee to qualify for a vacation in any vacation period they must have worked at least six (6) months during the previous vacation period. For the purpose only of calculating such work requirements, time lost from work due to a compensable work-related injury during the vacation period in which the injury occurs, will be considered as time worked. 193 An employee who has worked for the Company less than one year prior to January 1 of a given year shall, upon reaching their first anniversary date, become entitled to a two (2) week vacation during such year provided they have worked at least six (6) of the twelve (12) months preceding their first anniversary date. In the event that such employee’s anniversary date falls between December 15 and December 31 their vacation may, with Company approval, be scheduled to commence up to one month prior to their first anniversary date.
Work Requirements. The Consultant shall abide by any and all Beneficiary rules, policies and regulations governing the conduct of the Consultant that are provided to the Consultant in writing (the “Beneficiary Rules”).
