Implied Warranty Exclusion. Except as expressly stated in this Agreement, ISSL makes no warranty whatsoever regarding the Services. All warranties, conditions or terms implied by statute, common law, custom, trade or otherwise with respect to the condition, quality, performance, operation, fitness or suitability of the Services, are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by Law. Implied Warranty Exclusion. Except in relation to the Consumer Law Obligations in which the System is to be installed that cannot be excluded by law, all conditions, warranties, guarantees, rights, remedies, liabilities or other terms implied or conferred by statute, custom, or the general law that impose any liability or obligation on EnergyAustralia are expressly excluded under this System Contract.
