Operation of System. 10.1.1 The SABRE System and the System shall be operated by Customer solely for the purposes and functions expressly permitted by this Agreement and in strict accordance with the Instructions. Customer shall not in any way utilize the System for the direct or indirect purpose of 8 bypassing or circumventing the SABRE System in communicating in any way with Participants. Any violation of this provision will be deemed an Event of Default under Article 14.1.2. 10.1.2 Customer may use the System to transmit and receive Non-SABRE Traffic only from those systems or networks approved in writing by TSG. Customer acknowledges that in cases of communications capacity limits being reached, data transmission through the System with the SABRE System will be given priority over any Non-SABRE Traffic. 10.1.3 Customer shall access the SABRE System only through the System, an ISP or another system or device authorized in writing by TSG. 10.1.4 Customer shall take all precautions necessary to prevent unauthorized operation or misuse of the SABRE System or the System, including without limitation, speculative booking, shell bookings, reservation of space in anticipation of demand, or improper record or access. In the event of misuse of the SABRE System or the System, TSG reserves the right, in addition to all rights under the Agreement, to immediately terminate the Agreement. 10.1.5 Customer shall not enter any Prohibited Segments into the SABRE System. Prohibited Segments so entered shall not be calculated in determining productivity levels under the Agreement. All Travel Service Segments shall be removed from the SABRE System should corresponding space be canceled direct via telephone with the transporting carrier.

Operation of System. Customer shall bear sole responsibility for the supervision, management, and control of the operation of the Computer System, including: (1) assuring proper machine environment, audit controls, and operating methods; (2) establishing adequate backup plans to apply in the event of a program or equipment malfunction; and (3) implementing sufficient procedures to satisfy the requirements for security and accuracy of input and output as well as restart and recovery to apply in the event of a program or equipment malfunction. Vendor shall advise Customer as to the feasibility of such procedures but shall not be responsible for their implementation or execution.

Operation of System. The Child Find system will be cooperatively operated through Child Development Watch and Local Education Agencies. Public Awareness information is disseminated routinely to LEAs concerning services in Child Development Watch. Referrals are commonly made between Child Development Watch and LEAs. Potentially eligible infants and toddlers are referred to Central Intake in Child Development Watch. Upon referral, a family service coordinator is appointed to assist the family through the completion of the multi-disciplinary evaluation and assessment, and upon determination of eligibility, the development and implementation of the IFSP. Liaison staff from signatory agencies agrees to participate with the families in the interagency Child Development Watch team process through which Child Find is conducted and the service coordinator assigned. Any child believed to be potentially Part C eligible will have a multidisciplinary assessment provided as needed. Parents of these potentially eligible children will be requested to sign a Part C /CDW Consent Form. An IFSP will be developed and implemented for all eligible children. These activities are coordinated through the Child Development Watch interagency team. The makeup of the interagency teams is agreed upon by the agencies and corroborated through the shared allocation of positions and resources. The Part C Birth to Three Early Intervention System provides additional administrative and fiscal support. Existing obligations have been used as the basis for the following explanations of shared Part C responsibilities: The Department of Education participates with Child Development Watch in the hiring and supervision of liaisons between DOE, the schools and Child Development Watch to ensure that transition from CDW to Public School Programs is provided. These individuals will also serve as family service coordinators for some children in Child Development Watch. Children who are birth to three and visually impaired, deaf and hard of hearing, deafblind and/or autistic are eligible for FAPE under Part B and eligible for Part C services. The Division of Prevention and Behavioral Health Services, in a system of care approach, employs liaisons between DSCYF and Child Development Watch to ensure that all DFS children potentially eligible for Part C services are referred to the program for assessment and early intervention services, in addition to those services which they receive through DFS. Operation of System. (a) Subject to applicable regulations of governmental authorities having jurisdiction, Hyatt shall at all times during the term hereof, make available appropriate MATV channels and the television receivers located in the Hotel guest rooms for the transmission of the movies. (b) Spectradyne shall (i) initially inspect and, if necessary, repair the MATV system to proper working condition to receive and broadcast the movies and such other video programming. Thereafter Spectradyne shall maintain the MATV in good operating condition in accordance with the requirements of the National Agreement, (ii) ensure that all guest room TV Sets are and remain connected to the MATV during the term hereof, (iii) supply in all guest rooms TV Sets capable of properly receiving and displaying in color the movies to be provided by Spectradyne and maintain such TV Sets (including all remote control units thereto) in good operating condition, and (iv) maintain proper tuning of such TV Sets for clear reception of the normal television programs. (c) Hotel shall, at no cost to Spectradyne, provide the electrical power necessary to operate the Equipment. The personnel of the Hotel, as agents of Spectradyne, shall be responsible for turning the System on and off daily, changing of video cassettes as required, placing program cards in the guest rooms and readjusting such TV Sets whenever guests have altered their clear reception. (d) Hyatt will grant to the representative of Spectradyne access to all such areas of the Hotel at such times as Spectradyne shall reasonably require in order to perform its obligations hereunder; provided, however, that Spectradyne in the exercise of its access rights and in performance of its obligations hereunder shall not unreasonably inconvenience the guests of the Hotel or unreasonably interfere with the operation of the Hotel. (e) In the event Spectradyne shall notify Hyatt that Spectradyne desires to use a microwave system for the transmission of movies in the Hotel, Hyatt shall, at no cost to Spectradyne, use reasonable effort to provide suitable space on the roof of the Hotel for the location of a microwave receiver and related equipment, provided, however, that all consents required to locate such receiver and equipment are obtained by Spectradyne.
Operation of System. 1. All systems shall be personally observed by Contractor during operation cycle a minimum of once per month on Saturday. Sunday or during off-hours to verify effectiveness of sprinkler operation. 2. Contractor shall adjust and clean as necessary, all sprinkler heads, valves and pressure reducers to continue operation at maximum efficiency and performance. 3. Sprinkler heads in turf areas shall be kept clear of overgrowth which may obstruct maximum operation. To prevent “elephant tracks,” no chemical spraying or weedeating around head shall be allowed. 4. Contractor shall be responsible for trimming plant material and making necessary adjustments to riser heights as growth rates indicate. 5. Contractor shall be responsible for hand watering any pots not provided with an irrigation system to maintain plant to promote optimum growth. 6. Adjustments in operating pressure shall be made for each valve for optimum efficiency unless instructed otherwise by KRC.
