Common use of Import and Export Controls Clause in Contracts

Import and Export Controls. Certain products, services or information that -------------------------- are to be sold, licensed or otherwise provided by one Party to the other pursuant to this MOA may be subject to import or export control laws of the United States government and other governments. Each Party assures the other that the Shipping Party will comply with those regulations at the Shipping Party's expense when ever the Shipping Party exports or re-exports controlled products, controlled technical data or any product produced directly from controlled technical data.
