Imposition of City Standards. For land use permit applications submitted prior to annexation, the County agrees to encourage land use permit applicants within the Annexation Area to design projects consistent with the City’s urban design and development standards. The City agrees to review land use permit applications and may make written recommendations to the County on how proposed new land use permit applications could be made consistent with City standards.

Imposition of City Standards. The COUNTY agrees to encourage development applicants within the Gold Bar UGA to design projects consistent with the CITY’s urban design and development standards. The CITY agrees to make written recommendations to the COUNTY on how proposed new land use permit applications could be changed to make them consistent with CITY standards. When approval of the development is contingent upon extension of water service provided by the CITY, the COUNTY agrees to impose conditions voluntarily negotiated between the developer and the CITY as a condition of a water contract between the property owner or developer and the CITY, provided that the conditions meet minimum COUNTY DEVELOPMENT standards and mitigation conditions. The CITY agrees that the COUNTY can only impose standards and conditions in addition to those that the COUNTY would impose under COUNTY codes, if the applicant agrees in writing.

  • Property Standards Owner must maintain the Unit, and any common areas of the property accessible to the Tenant under the Lease, in decent, safe and sanitary condition and comply with all applicable state or local codes and requirements for rental properties. Upon notice by the Program Administrator following any inspection (whether conducted in-person or virtually in accordance with the Program guidelines), Owner will promptly correct any violations of Program requirements and this Contract. If the Owner fails to correct such violations, the Program Administrator may terminate this Contract and the Rental Assistance Payment even if the Tenant continues occupancy under the Lease.   • Other Governmental Regulations To the extent that this Agreement may be funded by fiscal assistance from another governmental entity, Consultant and any subcontractors shall comply with all applicable rules and regulations to which City is bound by the terms of such fiscal assistance program.

  • MAINTENANCE OF STANDARDS The Employer agrees, subject to the following provisions, that all conditions of employment in his/her individual operation relating to wages, hours of work, overtime differentials and general working conditions shall be maintained at not less than the highest standards in effect at the time of the signing of this Agreement, and the conditions of employment shall be improved whenever specific provisions for improvement are made elsewhere in this Agreement.
