Improper Conduct. The Contractor warrants and represents that neither the Contractor nor any of its personnel engaged in any improper conduct in connection with the procurement process. The Contractor must not, and must ensure that its personnel do not engage in any improper conduct in connection with the Contract. Insert the following at the end of clause 3: 'The Superintendent shall not be obliged to give a direction that any provisional work, or any particular part or quantity of provisional work, be carried out or supplied by the Contractor. The Principal may carry out or supply the whole or any particular part or quantity of provisional work itself or engage a third party to do so on its behalf. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any monetary compensation (whether for costs incurred, lost profit, lost overheads or otherwise) in connection with any provisional work (or any particular part or quantity of provisional work) which it is not directed to carry out or supply. Unless the Contract elsewhere provides how particular provisional work is to be valued, it shall be valued in accordance with this clause 3 as if it were identified as a provisional sum.'
Improper Conduct. Persons using improper language whilst at the venues will be reminded that the use of insulting, rude or derogatory terms is not acceptable. If a person persists in using such language they will be asked to leave the venues. Persons resorting to physical or verbal abuse will be asked to leave the venues and may be subject to Police action. Where such behaviour is witnessed it should be reported to the organiser and to the Event Planner. If enquiries provide evidence of such behaviour the person will be asked to leave the venues for a period commensurate with the gravity of the offence.

Rules broken that cause Ocean Lakes’ security to oust guests from the premises will result in all rents and deposits being forfeited to the owner. In addition, you agree to reimburse Xxxx Xxxxxxx for any fines charged them by Ocean Lakes for your breaking the rules, a minimum of $500 up to $1500. You may be assessed other fines by Ocean Lakes directly.

In order to meet this obligation the Sponsor shall encourage his sponsored Direct Seller to attend training organized by Clardey Global (P) Limited and/ or may personality train Seller whom he or she sponsors or arrange for support from other Independent Distributor or Direct Seller, including his or her upline and Independent Distributor or Direct Seller Training Providers. In all cases the sponsor remains responsible and accountable under the Independent Distributor or Direct Seller Contract for ensuring that compliant training and motivations are made available to his or her sponsored Independent Distributors or Direct Sellers. Not represent that there is an employment or agency relationship between himself and the Independent Distributors or Direct Sellers which he/she sponsors. Give advice concerning (advertising and all other) promotional activities carried on by his/her personally sponsored Independent Distributors or Direct Sellers to assure that they conform to Clardey Global (P) Limited approved procedures and rules. Clardey Global (P) Limited can terminate/ de-sponsor the Distributorship of an Independent Distributor or Direct Seller if he/ she Gives wrong information in the application form. Is not mentally sound to handle the business.
