Common use of Improper Conduct Clause in Contracts

Improper Conduct. Landlord reserves the right to exclude or expel from the Project any person who in the judgement of the Landlord, is intoxicated or under the influence of liquor or drugs or who shall in any manner do any act in violation of the Rules and Regulations of the said Project. Tenant shall not disturb, solicit, or canvas any occupant of the Project and shall cooperate to prevent the same.
