Anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing laws may require that PayPal verify certain identifying information if you use certain PayPal services. PayPal reserves the right to close, suspend, or limit access to your PayPal account and/or the PayPal services in the event that, after reasonable enquiries, we are unable to obtain information about you required to verify your identity. We act as a payment service provider only.
