Eligibility for Use. Users of NBC Tower Fitness Center (‘Fitness Center”) is limited to persons eighteen (18) years of age or older who are current tenants of, or employed by current tenants of, the NBC Tower.

d. You agree that You have read and understood this Agreement, and that You will be bound by and will comply with all of its terms and conditions. If You do not agree with all of these statements, You cannot activate and/or use the Jet Fuel Bucks Account, nor the Jet Fuel Card.
Eligibility for Use. With the exception of employees who change positions within the unit by promotion, transfer or for some other reason (or promote from another full-time unit), during the first six (6) months of employment, an employee may use up to three (3) days of sick leave. After six (6) months, an employee may use any sick leave he/she has accrued.

You will meet this criterion if you: maintain an account with the Licensor or any of its subsidiaries and your account is in good standing; or you hold a distributor agreement with the Licensor; or you are third party media relations, graphic design or other partner of the Licensor and currently do business with the Licensor A determination of whether you meet the above criterion will be at the discretion of the Licensor.
