Improvement Agreement. The applicant may, in lieu of completion of the required improvements and repair to existing streets and facilities, request the City Administrator to approve an agreement between the applicant and the City detailing the schedule and completion date of required improvements and repairs. Provided, however, any agreement for the schedule of improvements shall not exceed one year from the date the final plat is recorded (for a subdivision), and no later than final occupancy for other developments such as site plans, change of uses, or conditional uses. The agreement shall also contain the following: 1. A list of all the contractors who will construct or complete the improvements and repairs required and the cost of the project.
