Improvement Area #3 Bonds Terms. Subject to the provisions hereof, Improvement Area #3 Bonds shall be dated, shall mature and be payable on such dates and in such years and amounts, shall bear interest at the rate or rates and in the manner, and shall be subject to redemption on such terms and conditions as is specified in the Supplemental Indenture authorizing their issuance.
