Common use of Improvement District Clause in Contracts

Improvement District. Borrower shall not consent to, vote in favor of, or directly or indirectly advocate or assist in, the incorporation of any part of the Property into any improvement or community facilities district, special assessment district or other district without Bank’s prior written consent in each instance.
