Improvements Agreement Required. If this Agreement is only for a portion or Phase of a Subdivision for which a valid Subdivision Final Plat already exists, the Developer shall not grant, sell or convey any lot or lots not covered by this or a previous Improvements Agreement without the express written consent of the City. The intent of this subsection is to prevent the sale of legally platted lots within the Subdivision for which public infrastructure does not exist or for which an Improvements Agreement has not yet been executed.
