Improvements to be constructed by Developer. 1. Developer will construct, or cause to be constructed, at its own expense and without any expense or cost to Township in strict conformity with the Plan and the Township’s requirements and specifications as modified by the Plan approval, all improvements as shown on the Plan; the said improvements to include all improvements depicted on the Plan and designed to serve more than one dwelling unit or lot.
