Common use of IMPROVER HELPER Clause in Contracts

IMPROVER HELPER. Upon completion of thirty-six (36) months in the industry, a Helper II shall be re-classified as an Improver Helper. For further advancement in the industry he shall be obligated to successfully complete the recognized courses of training as designated by the local area committee under the direction of the National Board of Trustees of the C.E.I.E.P. The Improver Helper shall remain in this classification for a further period of twelve (12) months in the industry. He shall receive 80% of Mechanic's rate.
