Common use of In-Harbor Lightering Clause in Contracts

In-Harbor Lightering. In-harbor lightering shall not be permitted without Seller’s prior approval. In-harbor lightering shall be performed at Buyer’s sole expense, time and risk. Buyer shall indemnify and hold Seller harmless for any loss or liability resulting from in-harbor lightering.
