Common use of IN-HOUSE TELEPHONE REPORTS Clause in Contracts

IN-HOUSE TELEPHONE REPORTS. To establish the Licensee's compliance with Sections 12.2 and 12.5 herein, the Licensee shall provide to the Issuing Authority, upon request, a report of telephone traffic generated from an in-house automated call accounting or call tracking system.

IN-HOUSE TELEPHONE REPORTS. To establish the Licensee's ’s compliance with Sections Section 12.2 and Section 12.5 herein, the Licensee shall provide to provide, upon the written request of the Issuing Authority, upon requestand not more than once annually, a report of regional telephone traffic generated from an in-house automated call accounting or call tracking system.

To establish the Licensee's ’s compliance with Sections Section 12.2 and 12.5 Section12.5 herein, the Licensee shall provide to the Issuing Authority, upon its written request, with a report of telephone traffic generated from an in-house automated call accounting or call tracking system; provided, however, that the Licensee shall not be required to provide said reports more than once per year, unless the parties hereto agree otherwise.
