Common use of IN-HOUSE TELEPHONE REPORTS Clause in Contracts

IN-HOUSE TELEPHONE REPORTS. To establish the Licensee's compliance with the requirements of this Renewal License, upon written request of the Issuing Authority, the Licensee shall provide the Issuing Authority with a report of telephone traffic generated from an in-house automated call accounting or call tracking system.

IN-HOUSE TELEPHONE REPORTS. To establish the Licensee's compliance with Section 12.2 and Section 12.5 herein, the requirements of this Renewal LicenseLicensee shall provide, upon written the request of the Issuing Authority, the Licensee shall provide the Issuing Authority with a report of telephone traffic generated from an in-in- house automated call accounting or call tracking system.

The Licensee shall maintain such reports for the entire term of this Renewal License.
