Common use of In-Person Emergency Interpretation Services Email Confirmation Clause in Contracts

In-Person Emergency Interpretation Services Email Confirmation. The Contractor must contact the Purchaser, and the Purchaser’s employee who made the Request for in-person Emergency Interpretation Services, to confirm the Contractor is able to assign an Interpreter on the date and time requested by the Purchaser. The Contractors response under this section must be completed by using the Email Confirmation Form. The Email Confirmation Form must contain the information described in this section (Special Terms and Conditions Section 7.4.) and be sent to the Purchaser within the time limitations described below.
