Common use of In Service Work Orders authorized on Lump Clause in Contracts

In Service Work Orders authorized on Lump. Sum Basis, Consultant is responsible for the provision in full of all of the Services and Materials specified in the Service Work Order as well as bearing all costs and expenses for any Travel and Living Expenses, any Reimbursables expenses, and any other costs and expenses incurred to provide the Services and Materials, regardless of the amount of Consultant’s actual costs and expenses incurred. Consultant shall be compensated solely by payment of a Lump Sum Price.
