Pricing Methodologies. Two Pricing Methodologies are allowable under this Agreement. Pricing Methodology sets both the total amount of compensation that will be made under a Service Work Order, as well as terms and conditions that will apply to the Services to be provided. Only one type of Pricing Methodology may be used in any individual Service Work Order and that methodology will apply to all Services provided under that Service Work Order. If more than one methodology is necessary, the Services must be segregated into separate Service Work Orders.

  • Methodology 1. The price at which the Assuming Institution sells or disposes of Qualified Financial Contracts will be deemed to be the fair market value of such contracts, if such sale or disposition occurs at prevailing market rates within a predefined timetable as agreed upon by the Assuming Institution and the Receiver. 2.
