Common use of In Year of Retirement Clause in Contracts

In Year of Retirement. In the event that an Employee takes normal or early retirement pursuant to this Agreement after one (1) anniversary date but prior to the Employee's next anniversary date, the Employee shall be entitled to the same vacation and vacation pay which the Employee would have received if he or she had continued working until his or her next anniversary date.

In Year of Retirement. In the event that an Employee employee takes normal or early retirement pursuant to this Agreement after one (1) anniversary date but prior to the Employeeemployee's next anniversary date, the Employee employee shall be entitled to the same vacation and vacation pay which the Employee employee would have received if he or she they had continued working until his or her their next anniversary date.
