Vacation Pay on Retirement. Termination is as follows:
Vacation Pay on Retirement. On retirement, an Employee shall be entitled to the same vacation or vacation pay which would have been earned if the Employee had continued in employment to the end of the calendar year.
Vacation Pay on Retirement. On retirement, at age fifty-five (55) or older, each employee, with a minimum of ten (10) continuous years of employment at the University, and qualifies for the Municipal Superannuation Plan, shall be entitled to the same vacation which the employee would have had if the employee continued working to the end of the calendar year. An approved leave of absence of up to one (1) year shall not constitute a break in continuous employment. For information purposes only, the Employer may solicit an expression of interest from employees eligible for retirement by November 1st of each year.
Vacation Pay on Retirement. On retirement (Article 25.01), each employee shall be entitled to the same vacation which she/he would have had if she/he continued working to the end of the calendar year.
Vacation Pay on Retirement. Employees with ten (10) or more years of service shall on retirement be entitled to the same vacation or vacation pay which they would have earned if they had continued in employment to the end of the calendar year.
Vacation Pay on Retirement. Normal retirement is on the first of the month coincident with or following the employee's sixty-fifth (65) birthday. On normal or early retirement taken in accordance with the terms of the Pension Plan for Members of the Administrative Staff each employee shall be entitled to the same vacation which she/he would have had if she/he had continued working to the end of the calendar year.
Vacation Pay on Retirement. On retirement, an employee with a minimum of ten (10) year’s seniority shall be entitled to earned vacation credits up to the point of retirement, plus paid vacation credits in accordance with Article 20.01. Upon written notice of retirement, an employee shall specify one of the following options for their additional year of paid vacation;
Vacation Pay on Retirement. On normal retirement each employee will be entitled to the same vacation or vacation pay which he/she would have had if he/she continued working to the end of the calendar year. When an employee retires at age sixty-five (65), he/she shall receive the present provisions of the contract. If an employee is re-appointed after age sixty-five (65), the employee will only receive the earned vacation pay when he/she retires from the position of post retiral appointment. It is understood that the above provisions do not apply to employees who have been on long term disability for more than three (3) months immediately prior to their normal retirement. (For example, an employee whose normal retirement date is May 01 and who has been on long term disability for the full period February 01 through April 30 will not receive vacation entitlement for the entire calendar year).
