INA Number Administration. This service is intended for TSPs that have INA numbers in service (INA-TSP). The INA numbers can be used by the TSP for its own INA services or by a Service Provider/Content Provider. Use of the TSP INet-Server enables TSPs to implement their administrative processes for the implementation, amendment and decommissioning of INA numbers efficiently and with minimum costs. The INA process of the TSP INet-Servers can be used according to the individual requirements and internal processes of the User, e.g. from "manual" operations by means of an Internet-Browser (GUI) to a fully automated process over a Web Service Interface.

INA Number Administration. This service is intended for the User that has INA numbers in service (INA-TSP). The INA numbers can be used by the User for its own INA services or for a Service Provider/Content Provider who has a contract with the User. Use of the TSP INet-Server enables the User to implement its administrative processes for the taking into service, modification, and termination of INA numbers efficiently and with minimum costs. The INA process of the TSP INet-Servers can be used according to the individual requirements and internal processes of the User, e.g. from "manual" operations by means of an Internet-Browser having graphical user interface (Web GUI) to a fully automated process over a Web Service Interface.

  • Project Administration The Contractor shall provide project administration for all Subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and others involved in implementing the Work and shall coordinate administration efforts with those of the A/E and ODR in accordance with these Uniform General and Supplementary Conditions and provisions of Division 1 Specifications, and as outlined in the Pre- construction Conference.

  • Project Administration Designation Pursuant to Paragraph (B) of Rule 164-1-21 of the Administrative Code, the Recipient shall designate its Chief Executive Officer, Chief Fiscal Officer and Project Manager in Appendix B of this Agreement. Changes in these designations must be made in writing.

  • Settlement Administration The Settlement Administrator will conduct a skip trace for the address of all former employee Class Members. The Settlement Administrator will mail the Notice by first class U.S. mail to all Class Members at the address Defendants have on file for those Class Members and to all former employee Class Members at the address resulting from the skip trace. The Notice will inform Class Members that they have until the Response Deadline to either object to the Settlement or to opt-out of the Settlement. Any Class Member who does not receive Notice after the steps outlined above have been taken will still be bound by the Settlement and/or judgment.

  • Contract Administration The Delegate shall cause that the foreign custody arrangements with an Eligible Foreign Custodian shall be governed by a written contract that the Delegate has determined will provide reasonable care for Fund assets based on the standards applicable to custodians in the relevant market. Each such contract shall, except as set forth in the last paragraph of this subsection (b), include provisions that provide:

  • Salary Administration Section 1. Salary eligibility date is defined as the date an employee is eligible for an annual performance pay increase. The salary eligibility date is computed from the date of hire. Employees shall be eligible for annual performance pay increases on the employees' salary eligibility date provided the employee is not at the top step of the salary range of the employees' classification. The employee may be denied the annual performance pay increase if there has been a serious performance or attendance problem. Denials are subject to review within six (6) months. Denials may be grieved under the provisions of Article 51.

  • National Item Identification Number (NIIN) The number assigned to each approved Item Identification under the Federal Cataloging Program. It consists of nine numeric characters, the first two of which are the National Codification Bureau (NCB) Code. The remaining positions consist of a seven digit non-significant number.

  • Grant Administration The District recognizes that Charter Schools are utilizing revenue sources associated with federal and state agency grants. The District is required to be Fiscal Agent on such grants meaning the District is responsible for oversight, approval, review and distribution of funds. These administrative tasks result in the utilization of District resources. In recognition of this, the District is mandating the following.

  • Number Portability Each Party shall ensure that suppliers of public telecommunications networks or services in its territory provide number portability, to the extent technically and economically feasible, in a reasonable period of time and on terms and conditions that are reasonable and non-discriminatory.

  • PAY ADMINISTRATION 62.01 Except as provided in this Article, the terms and conditions governing the application of pay to employees are not affected by this Agreement.

  • Local Number Portability (LNP) The ability of users of telecommunications services to retain, at the same location, existing telecommunications numbers without impairment of quality, reliability, or convenience when switching from one telecommunications carrier to another.
