Inactivity Fee. 37.1 Customer acknowledges that the Customer’s trading account may be subject to inactivity fees unless prohibited by law. After 3 consecutive months of non-use (“Inactivity Period”), and every successive Inactivity Period, an inactivity fee will be deducted from the value of the Customer’s trading account.
