Common use of Inactivity Fee Clause in Contracts

Inactivity Fee. This is a fee that will be deducted from your Card balance monthly after each 12- month period of inactivity or non-use of your Card. An imposition of a fee or an adjustment due to an error or reversal for a prior transaction does not constitute activity. $4.95 per month Card Replacement Fee.
