Common use of Inadvertent Flow Clause in Contracts

Inadvertent Flow. It is recognized that in interconnected system operation, power and reactive flow will exist on an interconnection due to scheduled power flow from either Party to third parties or between third parties. This inadvertent power flow depends mainly on the design of the internal systems of the Parties and the interconnected system, and the schedules of power flows on the interconnections.
