Unauthorized Transactions. You are not responsible for unauthorized Transactions. A Transaction is considered an “unauthorized Transaction” if we complete an investigation and determine that: • The Account was used by someone other than you; • You did not receive any benefit from the Transaction; • You co-operated fully with us in our investigation; and • You followed your responsibilities under this Agreement, including in these sections:

Unauthorized Transactions. We may process any payment or transfer instruction (including an amendment or cancellation instruction) that we believe is transmitted or authorized by you if we act in compliance with the security procedures (e.g., we obtain the Security Code) you and we have agreed upon for the Service. The instructions will be deemed effective as if made by you, and you will be obligated to pay us in the amount of such transactions, even though they are not transmitted or authorized by you. We may elect to verify the authenticity or content of any instruction, as an alternative security procedure, by placing a call to any authorized signer on your account or any other person designated by you for that purpose. If we are unable to verify an instruction to our satisfaction, we may reject the instruction.
Unauthorized Transactions. To the extent a Service transaction is an “electronic fund transfer” under Federal Reserve Board Regulation E (“REG E”), you must tell us AT ONCE if you think: •An unauthorized person has discovered your Digital Banking passcode or other security credentials; •your statement or transaction record is wrong, or your mailing address has been changed without your permission; •someone has transferred or may transfer money from your account without your permission, or if a xxxx payment transaction has been made without your authorization; Telephoning is the best way of keeping your possible losses down. Call us at the number for the Bank provided in Section 10.6. You could lose all the money in your Accounts (plus maximum overdraft protection or the maximum amount of any line of credit established with us). If you tell us within two (2) Business Days after you learn of the loss, theft, or unauthorized transaction, you can lose no more than $50.00 if someone used your Access Code or made a transaction without your authorization. If you do NOT tell us within two (2) Business Days after you learn of the loss, theft, or unauthorized transaction, and we can prove we could have stopped someone from using your Access Code or the Service without your authorization if you had told us, you could lose as much as $500.00. If you do not tell us within sixty (60) days after the statement was first mailed, electronically transmitted, or otherwise made available to you, you may not get back any money you lost after the 60 days if we can prove that we could have stopped someone from taking the money if you had told us in time. If a good reason (such as a long trip or hospital stay) kept you from telling us, we may extend the time periods.
Unauthorized Transactions. All EFTs‌ Your Liability for Unauthorized Use‌ Tell us AT ONCE if you believe that your Card, PIN, CALL-24 access code, or Internet Banking, Mobile Banking and Bill Payment password or access code has been lost or stolen or may be subject to unauthorized use, or if you believe that an electronic fund transfer has been made without your permission using information from your check. Please refer to theHOW TO CONTACT US” section at the end of this Agreement for how to provide this notification. Telephoning is the best way to keep losses down. You could lose all the money in your account plus your maximum overdraft line of credit if you fail to promptly report unauthorized use of an ATM Card, CALL-24, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking and Bill Payment, or certain unauthorized use of a VISA® Debit Card. If you believe your Card or code has been lost or stolen or otherwise made available to an unauthorized person, and you tell us within two (2) business days after you learn of the loss of theft, you can lose no more than $50 if someone used your card or PIN without your permission. However, if you DO NOT tell us within two (2) business days after you learn of the loss, theft, or other unauthorized use of your Card or code, and we can prove that we could have stopped someone from using your Card or code without your permission, you could lose as much as $500. (Under California law, this paragraph does not apply to the VISA® Debit Card even if the unauthorized use is exempt from the Visa zero liability rule.)‌ Also, if your statement shows unauthorized transactions, tell us at once. If you do not tell us within sixty (60) days after the statement was mailed to you, we are not obligated to refund any money you lost after the sixty‌ (60) days, if we can prove that we could have stopped someone from taking the money if you had told us in time. That means you could lose all the money in your account plus your maximum overdraft line of credit. If a good reason (such as a long trip or a hospital stay) kept you from informing us, we may extend the time periods.‌ If unauthorized use of your Visa® Debit Card is not exempt from the “no liability” rule under Visa® USA operating rules, your liability is limited to that indicated in the separate Visa® Debit Card section above.‌
Unauthorized Transactions. We shall have no liability to you for any unauthorized transfer made using the SCA and/or security procedures that occurs before you have notified us of possible unauthorized use. You may be responsible for losses resulting from any unauthorized use of the Services if you have acted fraudulently, failed to notify us of any suspected breach or if you act without reasonable care (which may apply if you do not comply with your obligations under Clause 2 (Instructions)).
Unauthorized Transactions. You agree to cooperate fully with the investigation of any unauthorized transaction regarding your Account, to file complete and truthful reports with criminal law enforcement agencies, and to give complete and truthful testimony. At our request, you agree that (a) we will be subrogated to, and you shall assign to us, all rights that you have against any unauthorized user, (b) you will do whatever is necessary to enable us to exercise our rights and will cooperate with us, and (c) you will not prejudice our rights. You further agree that we have the right to reverse any credits that we apply, and that you will indemnify and hold us harmless with respect to any dispute, to the full extent permitted by law.
Unauthorized Transactions. 10.1 The Bank will use reasonable endeavours, except in circumstances which are beyond its control, to complete the investigation within 90 days upon receipt of notice of an unauthorized transaction from the Cardholder. The Cardholder shall follow the instructions of the Bank and fully cooperate with the Bank and/or appropriate authorities in respect of any subsequent investigations into the unauthorized transaction(s) involving the Card.

Unauthorized Transactions. You may not use the Service in violation of this Agreement or applicable laws, rules or regulations. It is a violation of the Agreement to use the Service for any of the following: sexually-oriented materials or services, gambling activities , fraud, money-laundering, the funding of terrorist organizations, or the purchase or sale of tobacco, tobacco related paraphernalia, firearms, prescription drugs, or other controlled substances; or to send money to a Recipient that has violated the Agreement. If you use the Service in connection with illegal conduct, Remitly will report you to law enforcement.
Unauthorized Transactions. 8.1 The Cardholder shall examine his/her Statement carefully and report any unauthorized transactions in the Statement to the Company within 60 days from the date of the Statement.
Unauthorized Transactions. You must notify us immediately if you suspect or believe that a transaction to a “Payee” has occurred using the debit or credit card linked to the Payee via CardSwap® that you did not authorize or that an incorrect amount was authorized. In an effort to manage our risk, we and our Service Providers may, but are not required to, monitor your transactions and processing activity for high-risk practices or for fraudulent transactions.
