Inappropriate Disciplinary Action. A. No employee shall have disciplinary action taken against him because of debt complaint, and the Employer shall not assist the creditor in collecting the debt, unless required by applicable state and/or federal statutes. B. Administrators shall not discipline employees in the presence of students, parents, or other employees. It is the responsibility of management to discipline employees when necessary. Administrators and employees shall adhere to the School Board Civility-Conduct policy. C. Administrative reassignments shall not be considered disciplinary actions.
