Incapacity of Officers. If the Treasurer or the Chairperson is incapacitated, another officer as provided for in the Bylaws shall be authorized to perform such duties without further authorization. The Treasurer is not authorized to perform the duties of the Chairperson, nor is the Chairperson authorized to perform the duties of the Treasurer.
