Common use of Incentive Bonuses Clause in Contracts

Incentive Bonuses. In addition to Annual Base Salary, the Executive shall be awarded the opportunity to earn an incentive bonus on an annual basis (“Incentive Bonus”) under an incentive compensation plan to be determined by the Compensation Committee of the Board (and attached hereto as Exhibit 1).
