Incentive Pay. In the event a petition signed by twenty percent (20%) of the classroom teachers employed in the district requesting incentive pay is submitted to the Board or in the event the Board desires to implement an incentive pay plan, the Board will notify the Association in writing and return to bargaining to negotiate the incentive pay plan.
