Common use of Incentive Plans (IP) Clause in Contracts

Incentive Plans (IP). 11.6.1 Incentive Plans (IP) are established to recognize unit members who have completed Professional growth achievements. These may be completed in any order or in any combination. Any Incentive Plan may be repeated up to three (3) times.
