Common use of Incentives and Penalty Revenues Clause in Contracts

Incentives and Penalty Revenues. The ISO, in consultation with the Participating TOs, shall develop standards and a mechanism for paying to and collecting from Participating TOs incentives and penalties that may be assessed by the ISO. Such standards and mechanism shall be filed with FERC and shall become effective upon acceptance by FERC.
