Common use of Incident Details Clause in Contracts

Incident Details. Notifications made pursuant to Section 7.2.2 (Incident Notification) shall describe the details of the incident to the greatest possible extent (also through additional notifications), including the categories and approximate number of Data Subjects involved and the personal data records affected, the potential risks to the Data Subjects and the steps that the Agile has taken or recommends the Client adopts to address the Incident and mitigate its effects. If it is not possible to provide the above specific information within the time allowed, Agile shall explain the reasons for the delay to the Controller, in any case providing the Controller with any initial information concerning the breach for the purposes of the related notification.
