Common use of Incident Review and Follow-up Clause in Contracts

Incident Review and Follow-up. The Contractor will review and follow- up on all incidents reported. The Contractor will provide sufficient information, review, and follow-up to take the process and report to its completion. An incident will not be categorized as complete until the following information is provided: 15.4.6.1. A summary of any incident debriefings or review process dispositions; 15.4.6.2. Documentation of whether the Individual is receiving or not receiving behavioral health services from the Contractor at the time the incident is being closed.
