Common use of Incidental Equipment Clause in Contracts

Incidental Equipment. The term "Incidental Equipment" shall refer to that equipment, excluding the Gaming Devices, reasonably necessary for MGI to conduct business from the Licensed Premises as described in this Agreement including, but not limited to, "change tables", money changing equipment, beverage dispensing equipment, chairs, etc.
