Common use of Incidental Equipment Clause in Contracts

Incidental Equipment. The term "Incidental Equipment" shall refer to that equipment, excluding the Gaming Devices, reasonably necessary for MGI to conduct business from the Licensed Premises as described in this Agreement including, but not limited to, "change tables", money changing equipment, beverage dispensing equipment, chairs, etc.

Incidental Equipment. The term "“Incidental Equipment" ” shall refer to that equipment, excluding the Gaming Devices, equipment reasonably necessary for MGI OPERATOR to conduct business from on the Licensed Leased Premises as described in this Agreement other than Gaming Devices including, but not limited to, "surveillance and alarm systems, change tables", money changing safes or vaults, money counting or wrapping equipment, beverage dispensing equipment, chairs, etc.
