INCLEMENT WEATHER REPORTING ALLOWANCE. 2.1 Two (2) hours pay together with traveling expense, whenever applicable, shall be allowed by the Employer when an employee covered by this Agreement reports for work at the Employer’s shop or job but work is not available due to inclement weather provided the employee remains on the job for two (2) hours after his designated starting time.
