Inclusionary Housing Units. Each Phase of the Project shall have no fewer than the number of Inclusionary Housing Units allocated to it as provided in Schedule P of the Community Benefits Agreement between Owner and ACC. For the purposes of this Agreement, the termAffordable Housing Unit(s)” as used in Schedule P shall mean and include “Inclusionary Housing Units.”
