Stock Restrictions definition

Stock Restrictions means the securities Laws restrictions, and the transfer restrictions and obligations, voting proxy, right of first refusal and repurchase option under Articles V, VI and VII.
Stock Restrictions means any transfer restriction or limitation applicable to any Loan Party or any Subsidiary of a Loan Party, including such restriction or limitation under a right of first refusal agreement, co-sale agreement, call agreement and the like.
Stock Restrictions means the restrictions on the ability of a Participant to transfer Restricted Shares issued to such Participant hereunder referred to in Sections 10(a) and 10(b) and embodied in a Restricted Stock Agreement between the Company and such Participant.

Stock Restrictions means all resale restrictions imposed on the Shares by the Over the Counter Bulletin Board Quotation Service, the United States Securities and Exchange Commission or otherwise.
