Income Generated Sample Clauses

Income Generated. City shall notify the County of any income generated by the CDBG funds received by the City; provided however, all such program income shall be retained by City subject to the provisions of the Act and its Regulations. Any program income retained must only be used for eligible activities in accordance with all CDBG requirements as then apply.
