Income Protection in case of Injury or Illness. 1The benefits offered to the Employee in the event that he/she, whilst at the Work Site or during any eventual quarantine period spent outside home location, is by reason of injury or illness prevented from performing his/her work will be payable on a monthly basis. 2The benefits will be calculated on the basis of the compensation defined in article 4.1, excluding any allowances and other payments (“Injury and Illness Benefits”) as set forth in Annex 1 article
