Common use of Incompatible Public Offices and Conflicts of Interest Statutes Clause in Contracts

Incompatible Public Offices and Conflicts of Interest Statutes. The Academy shall comply with the Incompatible Public Offices statute, being MCL 15.181 et seq. of the Michigan Compiled Laws, and the Contracts of Public Servants with Public Entities statute, being MCL 15.321 et seq. of the Michigan Compiled Laws. The Academy Board shall ensure compliance with Applicable Law relating to conflicts of interest. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Contract, the following shall be deemed prohibited conflicts of interest for purposes of this Contract:
