Incomplete Invoices. (a) In the event that a Monthly Fees Invoice is issued which contains errors or lacks the information required pursuant to Clause 6.1(a) of this Agreement shall be returned to Contractor by Customer and Contractor shall issue an amended Monthly Hire Invoice.
