Common use of Inconsistency in Schedules Clause in Contracts

Inconsistency in Schedules. If a scheduled duty assignment is inconsistent with this Agreement or the CEEH Policy, Resident shall bring that inconsistency first to the attention of the Program Director for reconciliation or cure. If the Program Director does not reconcile or cure the inconsistency, it shall be the obligation of Resident to notify the Department Chair, or in the Department Chair’s absence, CAMC’s Director of Medical Education, who shall take the necessary steps to reconcile or cure the raised inconsistency.
