Common use of Inconsistent Past Practices Clause in Contracts

Inconsistent Past Practices. If, after the effective date of this Agreement, a condition of employment is established through a past practice under FLRA case law which is inconsistent with this Agreement, either party may require the other party to follow this Agreement rather than the past practice, upon notice to the other Party.
