Incorporation; Interpretation. The Agreement is executed in connection with and as a supplement to the Deposit Placement Agreement (“DPA”) and the Custodial Agreement (“CA”) the terms of which are incorporated herein. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between this Agreement and either of the DPA or CA, the DPA or CA, as the case may be, shall in all events control.
