INCORPORATION INTO LEASE; DEFAULT. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS WORK AGREEMENT ARE HEREBY INCORPORATED BY THIS REFERENCE INTO THE LEASE FULLY AS THOUGH SET FORTH THEREIN. In the event of any express inconsistencies between the Lease and this Work Agreement, the latter shall govern and control. Any default by a party hereunder shall constitute a default by that party under the Lease and said party shall be subject to the remedies and other provisions applicable thereto under the Lease.
