Incorporation of Appendices, Exhibits and Schedules; Entire Agreement. Amendment. The appendices, exhibits and schedules identified in this Agreement are incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof. If anything in any appendix, exhibit or schedule attached to this Agreement conflicts with any terms or conditions set forth in the body of this Agreement, the terms and conditions set forth in the body of this Agreement shall control. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement among the parties hereto relating to the subject matter hereof and all prior understandings and agreements relating to the subject matter hereof are superseded hereby. This Agreement may not be amended except by a document signed by each of the parties hereto.
